The commemoration of Teacher's Day and the position of Professor and the anniversary of the commemoration of Martyr Morteza Motahhari, in turn, is a reminder of the serious duties and mission of the hardworking professors of the universities in creating knowledge for the students. In the meantime, drawing the epistemological framework of the master's position in developing and expanding rationality and wisdom in the country's educational system is undeniable.
First of all, the country's higher education institution is one of the institutions that is in line with the functions of the family and religious institutions such as the mosque, so the need to adapt the epistemological components of the country's education system to the social institution is a strategic principle that should be considered more than ever.
The importance of the high position of professors in the university, when it becomes clear that based on the enlightening words of Imam Ali (AS) who said: "There is no good in knowledge that is not profitable" And the faculty members of the universities will be possible, through which science is not considered a value in itself, but the strategic interests of science for students; through the personality traits and leadership style of the classroom and the teaching methodology of university professors. The quality of teaching is played by university professors.
Unfortunately, elitism in some universities of the country is done only according to the standards of Western countries in a category called "ISI" and all the efforts of the country's scientific capacity are limited to the fact that the subjects and needs of Western societies in Inside the country and with extensive scientific and research of Iranian professors and students.
A pivotal teacher in the country's educational system as the originality of knowledge
Obviously, the emphasis on the central teacher in the country's educational system as the originality of knowledge is in a society, so when the epistemological structure of science through professors is adapted to the indigenous and epistemological needs of society, science will certainly become wisdom and draw society. Wisdom-centeredness will not be far off.
