A memorandum of understanding was signed between University of Islamic denominations and Russian Varunzh university in the trip of Dr. Mokhtari and his delegate to Russia

the beginning of the trip of the Chancellor of University of Islamic denominations and his delegate to Russia/ participation in 100 anniversary of governmental Russian University of Varunzh and signing a memorandum of understanding
Dr. Mokhtari the Chancellor of University of Islamic denominations which is accompanied by Dr. Hosseini the representative of Higher Education ministry in university trustee board and Dr. Bagheri the deputy of cultural affairs have travelled to Moscow by the invitation of Russian universities, today participated in 100th anniversary of government of Russian University of Varunzh.
within this ceremony, joint co-operative memorandum of understanding between Varunzh University and University of Islamic denominations was signed between two universities.
in this ceremony, the Chancellors of other Russian universities and outside of Russia such as the Chancellor of University of Tajikistan, Germany, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and ... were present.
